Hall of Fame Coach Ron Hebert

Ron Hebert

Director of Coaching and Head Coach Ron Hebert is Michigan’s winningest high school lacrosse coach of all time with 313 victories. “The key to Ron’s success is his ability to teach. He is a master with the x’s and o’s and lacrosse strategy, but his ability to teach and his willingness to work with any athlete willing to put in the time is what makes him the best.”

Ron is among rare company with the distinction as a member  in the Michigan Lacrosse Hall of Fame. It is highly unlikely that you will find a better lacrosse teacher in the state; we feel very fortunate to be able to have Ron as part of our program. 

Jordy Sayers is the Director of Pro Players at Warrior Lacrosse and hails from Davison, MI.  Jordy has been a talented , high-energy, admired youth coach for several years in SE Michigan.

Michael Torriglia, graduate of local powerhouse Brother Rice was a Division 1 recruit  out of high school and a notoriously tough defenseman.  As Director of Operations at All American Lacrosse Michael led a number of players to excel in high school and college.

Brad Smith is the Head Coach at Rochester Adams High School and an accomplished youth coach with a decade of experience helping young people learn this great game.  As the Operations Director at AALAX, Brad develops the teaching curriculum and leads a large staff of coaches.
